DMV Departmental Training Branch (DTB) is looking for a talented individual to join the team as the Training Systems Manager (SSM I). The Training Systems Manager will provide leadership and direction for the DTB’s DMV University Team. Training Systems Manager oversees the work of the DMV U team and acts as the project manager for the Department's Learning Management System (LMS) called DMV University (DMV U). This individual oversees the maintenance and updates of the DMV U system as well as the training environments. In addition, the incumbent directs the work of team members; supports analyses, implementation, and evaluation of system releases; and manages system security roles and customization for DMV U. Additionally, this individual will coach the potential of four (4) Analysts and one (1) IT Associate.

• Experience working in Learning Management System and support training environments
• Experience coaching the potential of team members
• Experience drafting, auditing and managing procedures and job aids
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently as well lead a team
• Dependable, accountable and committed to quality work products and customer service
