It is important for staff to have the skills necessary to assess the environment, materials, equipment, and activities to make the necessary modifications and accommodations so that all children and youth in their programs are successful.

Participants will gain a common understanding of the problem, costs and roles of bullying as well as equip participants with strategies to intervene and prevent bullying in their programs.
English Learner Training
These trainings help to strengthen the capacity of out-of-school time providers to deliver high quality programming that meets the needs of English Learner children and youth. Through these training modules, it will strengthen the capacity of youth providers to deliver high quality, intentional and inclusive programming that meets the needs of young people who are developing their English language skills.
Restorative Practices
The Restorative Practices training series offers Expanded Learning professionals the knowledge, skills, and strategies to create program environments where children and youth create a community of respect and caring, and are able to effectively work through conflict together. This training series will cover foundational research and ethos, proactive strategies, intervention techniques and guidance for how to cultivate a restorative culture of healing.
