TRACY DENNIS

JP Morgan Chase & Co., Senior Philanthropy Associate

Board Term: 2019-2022, External Committee

Tracy has spent years building expertise as a strategist and philanthropy professional working at the intersection of business and social innovation. Currently Tracy serves as a Senior Associate with JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s Global Philanthropy team, managing the grantmaking and engagement with community partners across the Pacific Northwest, Southwest and California markets. Tracy’s core background is in nonprofit fundraising and program management with various purpose driven organizations. Tracy has led the strategic development of social impact campaigns, corporate philanthropy programs and partnership development with various organizations including City Year Inc., GOODcorps, the Clinton Global Initiative, Sundance Institute and the Partnership for Los Angeles Schools. Originally from Los Angeles, Tracy received her BA from Yale University, her MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business, and is a passionate advocate for organizations that focus on community development, arts, and K-12 education

LANE GALLETT

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Administrative Coordinator

Board Term: 2019-2022, Governance Committee

Lane is an Arizona native who grew up in out-of-school-time programs. From her personal participation in after school care and a multitude of clubs and organizations, she developed a passion for engaging students outside the classroom. She has nearly a decade of experience as a high school teacher and out-of-school-time professional and has Bachelor’s degrees in Education and English Literature from Arizona State University as well as a Master’s degree in English and Teaching Writing from Northern Arizona University. She currently works in philanthropy where she designs trainings, manages departmental operations, and supports her organization’s work towards diversity, equity, and inclusion.

KRISTEN HERNANDEZ

Jan Marini Skin Research, Northwest Regional Sales Manager

Board Term: 2019-2022, External Committee

Kristen Hernandez has over 15 years of experience in the business sector currently as a Regional Sales Manager, managing a team of 11 Account Development Managers, with a rapidly growing professional skincare company. Her career has allowed her to work with many small business owners concentrating on business development strategies. She returned to school after working for 10 years, to ensure all possible opportunities for career growth, obtaining an AA in Social Science and a BS in Business Administration. During college Kristen developed a passion for social justice and working with under serviced communities. The opportunity to combine her passion for business and drive for community engagement makes serving on the CalSAC board a dream come true. Kristen is also a fitness coach and enjoys being active at the gym and other outside actives. She has run several marathons and is always up for a fun run with friends; However, spending time with her two kids, age 20 and 17, is still her favorite thing to do in her free time.

MICHAEL SCHIEBEL

Allianz Technology of America, Inc., Chief Financial Officer

Board Term: 2019-2022, Internal Committee

Having lived in Germany, Turkey and the United States, being part of a multi-national family and as parent of a young child himself, Michael is aware about the importance of before-and after-school care, different models and the impact of organizations that support parents and children.  He is the CFO at Allianz Technology of America, which provides IT services to one of the world’s biggest financial service groups, where he focuses on strategic and financial planning for the IT company and leading the finance as well as procurement and vendor management teams.

AGUSTIN TELLO

Central School District, Director of Child Care

Board Term: 2019-2022, Internal Committee

Agustin has been involved in the afterschool field for the past 12 years. He Graduated from the University of La Verne with a B.A. in English and started his career in after school as a font line staff member. Currently he serves his community as the Director of Child Care for Central School District. In that role he provides leadership to all of the before school, after school, and summer programs the district offers to its families. Agustin has also worked for THINK Together and ARC in multiple capacities, helping to serve the youth in multiple diverse areas of Southern California. Agustin is a passionate advocate for at risk students and believes that providing positive opportunities for youth will have lasting impressions that will help mold our future generations.

LEILI ZARRINGHALAM

LinkedIn, Business Process Excellence Manager

Board Term: 2019-2022, External Committee

Leili grew up in Redwood City, CA, where she began her volunteer work with after school programs.  In high school, Leili spent time working with the Boys & Girls Club, where she first realized the impact a mentor can have on a child's success. After moving to Seattle for work, Leili began volunteering with the America SCORES organization and soon after, became the relationship manager between her company and SCORES. Leili moved back to the Bay Area in 2017 where she now works for LinkedIn, focused on HR operations and process excellence.
