Our Virtual Trainings
CalSAC is committed to serving the professional development needs of OST staff. We offer live virtual trainings, in addition to our eLearning courses, in an effort to cultivate community among the field and to support your agency’s training needs. Adapted from our on-site training topics, these virtual trainings cover foundational youth development topics to ensure front-line staff have the skills they need to work with the youth in their program.
How it Works
Step 1: Browse Training Topics
Browse our full suite of training modules to find the topic that best meets your staff’s training needs. Our modules vary in length from 2-3 hours and cost ranges depending on number of participants and the training topic.
Step 2: Submit Training Request
Submit your request on the CalSAC Training Portal. Select the day and time that works best for you staff. One of our local CalSAC Trainers will be notified of the request and connect with your prior to the training.
Step 3: Deliver Training
The local CalSAC Trainer will deliver the training to your staff team virtually via Zoom.
