During this training, participants will learn about the core competencies of working in an OST environment through examining four main principles of youth development.

During this training, participants will learn about creating a classroom environment that reflects a community. Participants will discuss how afterschool programs take a holistic approach to education and what affect that can have on learning.

During this training, participants will reflect on their own disciplinary tendencies and learn behavior management techniques to with a youth development lens.
